We accept all bookings with the understanding that the terms and conditions have been read and understood here on our website, unless agreed otherwise via contractual or agency confirmation.

Fees for cancellations are calculated as below and are based on the total value of the booking:

1 week (from date of booking): 100%

2 weeks (from date of booking): 75%

Up to 4 weeks (from date of booking): 50%

For double bookings, the same time scale above applies, this is because of the amount of time we lose due to the short notice for us to be able to book in another gig.
